By: Ariana Palmieri

Love a good smoothie? Give one of these three delicious recipes a try - they're infused with CBD oil, making them an even healthier drink to sip on. Perfect for breakfast, or an afternoon snack, here are three CBD infused smoothie ideas you need to try.

Green Goddess CBD Smoothie

If you love a good green smoothie, this is the smoothie for you. If you'd like to make it a little bit sweeter, you can also add a banana or mango, or experiment by adding one of your favorite fruits. Don't be afraid to add a pinch of our Beezy Beez raw honey either.

  • Handful of kale or spinach
  • 1 cup nut or seed milk (almond, cashew or sunflower milk works well)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut butter
  • ½ teaspoon Beezy Beez CBD oil
  • A few sprigs of mint

  1. Blend all the ingredients together on high for a minute and serve in your favorite glass.

Strawberry Banana CBD Smoothie

Do you like your smoothies fruity? We understand. Here's how to make a classic strawberry banana smoothie with one important twist: Its got CBD oil in it.

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, pulse until combined, then serve immediately. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk. If it's too thin, add more fruit or ice.

Tropical CBD Smoothie

Tropical islands are beautiful. If you can't take a vacation there just yet, why not make a smoothie that will transport you there? Give this CBD infused drink a try and you won't regret it.

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ ripe mango (peeled and seeded)
  • ½ ripe papaya (peeled and seeded)
  • ¼ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of raw Beezy Beez honey
  • 2 cups of ice
  • ½ teaspoon Beezy Beez CBD oil

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, pulse until combined, then serve immediately.

  • This is a wonderful, informative post! I have often been questioned about whether hemp products I use such as hemp seed oil and hemp milk are safe and how they relate to the marijuana plant. I never knew the answer to these questions except to say that they are a different part of the plant that doesn’t contain THC. Now I truly understand the difference! Thank you
