5 Uses for CBD Honey

5 Uses for CBD Honey
By: Ariana Palmieri
CBD Honey is just as versatile as raw, local honey in its uses. Beezy Beez easily incorporates the benefits
of raw honey with CBD oil in our products. Here's how we make CBD honey: We start by harvesting our
honey from New York and New Jersey, then creaming it and adding CBD oil to it. Our CBD honey
contains full spectrum 333MG of CBD hemp in every jar, which is under the legal limit of 0.3 percent.
Due to that, we can safely say there's no THC in this product, meaning you will not experience a high
from it. CBD honey is good for you because it combines the health benefits of honey and CBD oil into
one product. Plus, thanks to honey's properties, it never goes bad. If you live in New York and New
Jersey, Beezy Beez is the best place to get CBD honey (you might even find it in your local health food or
grocery store). Here are 5 ways you can use CBD honey in your life.

Eat it raw
One of the easiest ways to incorporate CBD honey into your life is to eat it raw. Since we harvest our
honey in New York and New Jersey, it's 100 percent local, not shipped overseas. This definitely means
it's tastier and better for you (eating local honey can help fight off allergies). We cream our CBD honey
so it's even more delicious: Taking it straight up is no problem. Just start small and take 1 – 2
tablespoons at a time (we recommend no more than once a day). Give your body some time to
metabolize the full spectrum extracts (around 30 – 45 minutes should be fine). We're all different and
our bodies react to things uniquely, so just take that time to relax. There's nothing to fear though
because Beezy Beez CBD honey will not trigger a high. We recommend trying either our creamed
cinnamon CBD honey or our regular creamed CBD honey: You're bound to love both.

Mix it into tea
Another way to enjoy our CBD honey is with some hot tea. Who doesn't love adding honey to their tea?
Not only will it sweeten things up, but it'll also add in some additional health benefits too. We
recommend plopping 1 teaspoon of our creamed CBD honey into your favorite tea blend. Some tea
flavors that go well with it are lemon, peppermint and chamomile. Any flavor will go well with our CBD
honey though, so be sure to get creative!

Make it into a chicken glaze
Beezy Beez's CBD honey is totally safe to use in cooking (in fact, we encourage you to experiment with it
in any recipe that calls for some honey). But did you know you can use our CBD honey to create a
delicious chicken glaze? All you need to make it is 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 teaspoons of onion
powder, 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 2 teaspoons of garlic
powdered, 3 tablespoons of melted butter, 3 tablespoons of Beezy Beez's creamed CBD honey, and
salt/pepper to taste. Mix it all together in a bowl and then apply generously to some chicken. For more

Use it in DIY beauty
Who said CBD can't be a great addition to skincare products? Honey already has several skincare
benefits, so combining the two just make sense. Try using our CBD honey in DIY facial masks instead of
traditional honey. Here's an easy one we like: Combine 1 tablespoon plain yogurt, 1 teaspoon turmeric,
½ teaspoon of our creamed CBD honey and ½ teaspoon of coconut oil in a bowl. Apply the mixture to
your face for 30 – 45 minutes before washing off with warm water. This mask is great for anyone with
acne, under eye circles, or dull skin: It will diminish pimples, brighten skin and reduce dark circles.

Add it to dessert
Who doesn't love dessert? Make it a little healthier by adding some of our creamed CBD honey, instead
of sugar. One really easy recipe we like is combining our CBD honey with some melted coconut oil,
mixing it up, and drizzling it onto popcorn, cupcakes or cake. It adds a nice, gentle sweetness that's
definitely healthier for you. You can also use our CBD honey to sweeten baked goods like pies, cakes,
brownies, etc. Just use the amount of CBD honey you feel is appropriate while baking, depending on the
