Perfected long ago before corporate manufacturing has ever taken place. Honey has been around for a long time. Honey is a complete food made by bees, and has also been used as medicine since ancient times.
The earliest records in history, comes from ancient Mesopotamia written in clay tablets by Sumerian’s dated 1900 BC to 1250 BC about the use of honey as medicine.
Long before there were massive buildings called hospitals.
There also walked a man in Greece called Hippocrates who also knew all the benefits honey provided.
Studies at the University of Memphis Exercise and Sports Nutrition Laboratory confirm that honey is one of the most effective forms of carbohydrate to eat just before exercise, and for athletes. Honey was, even used by runners in the Olympic Games in ancient Greece as an energy source.
Honey has almost been mentioned throughout the Bible.

Scientist in the western world as well has acknowledge the benefits of honey. A study in the European Journal of Clinical Microbiology & Infectious Diseases had stated by Dr. Jenkins concluded:
"Manuka and other honeys have been known to have wound healing and anti-bacterial properties for some time. But the way in which they act is still not known. If we can discover exactly how Manuka honey inhibits MRSA, it could be used more frequently as a first-line treatment for infections with bacteria that are resistant to many currently available antibiotics."
Shouldn’t we protect and support, the very thing that gives us so much on her wings.
When we work along with nature in a mutualistic relationship and eat according to nature our bodies thrive and bloom because after all our very being is nature. The same with our medicines and ourointments.
